Ablectrics are 40!

Ablectrics-1986In 1974 at the start of the 3 day week, Andy Besant started Ablectrics Electrical Contractors. In 1986, he opened this very shop, and it has been going strong ever since.

To celebrate their Birthday they are running a Facebook competition, with a chance for one person to win £200 cash at the end of July.

All you have to do is like the @ablectrics Facebook business page for your chance to win. Follow this link or visit their website the link to their Facebook page is at the bottom left of the homepage.

40 years Ablectrics has been trading and they couldn’t have managed without all their loyal customers who they would like to thank for their support over the years.

FraserThe local business has achieved a lot and has a lot planned in the next few years. They recently worked on Grand Designs (details on their Facebook page), and in 2010 they achieved runner up family business of the year, which was very exciting!

They have built a new lighting showroom which is at the rear of the shop, with further plans to refit the whole shop out next year and build a glamorous and bespoke showroom right at the front.

Ablectrics love being on the Gloucester Road, and all the other shops and people who live around the shop make what they do fun. They are continuing to grow and hope you are as excited as they are with the new developments of the shop.

They have some stunning lighting from all over the world. Their staff are all committed to customer service and very loyal to the business, this means it is a real pleasure dealing with them, their customer feedback is excellent. So if you haven’t ever been down to see them, Saturday 29th March would be a good day to, with 15% off all their beautiful lighting.

Bishopston Matters congratulates this truly local business for all that they have achieved and wishes them all the best for the next 40 years!
