Gordon the Gloucester Road Goblin & Best Christmas Window Display Competition
Following the incredible success of the Gromit trail across Bristol over the summer. The traders of Gloucester Road have produced their own homegrown creature, ‘Gordon the Gloucester Road Goblin’. Gordon was first created by Room 212 illustrator and North Bristol Artist, Laura Robertson for her children’s books ‘The Quest in a Vest’ and ‘Oh My is That a Pork Pie!’ This Christmas, Gordon will be hidden in creative, festive shop window displays up and down our high street for you to spot!
You are invited to vote for your top three best Christmas window displays. To thank you for supporting your local traders with your vote you will be entered into a prize draw to win some fabulous Gloucester Road goodies! To register your votes simply complete the entry form in the December Bishopston Matters or visit-http://www.gordonthegoblin.com/glos-rd.html
Please don’t forget to include your contact details so we can get in touch with you if you win! Bishopston Matters is pleased to be supplying some of these prizes. On Thursday 19th December, 6 to 7pm there will be carols outside 204 to 214 Gloucester Road and the window display Prize Draw will take place!
