Reflections V – Mixed Art Exhibition from the Reflections GroupJuly 31st, 2012
Reflections V is the fifth annual exhibition from the ever popular Reflections Group of Bristol-based artists. This year three new artists are joining four original members, and this latest show will present a strong, eclectic line up of textiles, glass, enamels, pottery, painting and print-making. Each artist has their own highly original style, so it will be an exciting and vibrant exhibition, full of colour, variety and texture, guaranteed to brighten up an early autumn day. There is bound to be something to please all visitors, whether their interest is in figurative work or strikingsemi abstract cityscapes, enamel jewellery or intricate textiles, ceramic vessels, landscapes and nature, ancient cultures or pure colour.
The exhibition opens at The Bristol Guild Gallery, Park Street, Clifton, on September 8th, and is open from 10am 5pm Monday Saturday, until September 29th.
All eight artists (listed below) have exhibited both within and beyond the Bristol area; most are members of the highly successful North Bristol Artists (www.northbristolartists.co.uk) group who show their work in houses and studios across North Bristol in the NBA Trail every year in November.
