Local estate agent: why selling your home is a piece of cake!

Elephant1If any healthy eating intentions for the New Year haven’t yet been thrown out of the window, you may want to cover your eyes now.

Throughout February, elephant estate agents on Gloucester Road is inviting home owners in its operating areas – Ashley Down, Cotham, Horfield, Kingsdown, Montpelier, Redland, St Andrews, St Pauls and St Werburghs – who are considering selling to book a market appraisal with them – and as a gesture they will bring you a box of delicious cakes from their nearby retailer ‘Cake’.

Elephant was set up in 2011 by former colleagues Alec Jupp and Matthew Bailey. They have ‘zagged’ where others have ‘zigged’; they don’t wear suits, they use professional photographers to snap their properties, they hire only staff who live or grew up in their patch, and their welcoming office is decorated more like a home and filled with vintage relics, including a piano.

“Being an independent business means we can focus on selling homes with minimum fuss and maximum care, which is why most of our business comes from word of mouth,” states Alec. “We love supporting other independents – and we love cake – which is why we are thrilled to be partnering with Abby and Rob at Cake throughout February.”

If you would be interested in having a no obligation discussion about your home and potential move then give elephant a call on 01173 700 556 or visit www.elephantlovesbristol.co.uk. They will bring the cake, but you only have until the end of February.
