FREE 8 week course for parents!

The small, friendly group will look at practical ideas to help children to be happy and healthy and covers topics such as communicating feelings, developing self-esteem, and encouraging activity.

Morning courses

1. Monday’s, 9.30am to 11.30am. Starts 16^th January 2012 at Southmead Children’s Centre. Free crèche available.
2. Friday’s, 9.30am to 11.30am. Starts  9^th March 2012 at Upper Horfield Children’s Centre. Free crèche available.

Evening courses

1. Tuesday’s 6.30pm  to 8.30pm. Starts 17^th January 2012 at Horfield Baptist Church
2. Thursday’s 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Starts 15^th March 2012 at  Greenway Centre, Southmead
