Support in time of doubt, decision or dilemma.
When life is overwhelming, I believe therapy can be invaluable and life-changing. I offer a confidential, supportive approach to explore difficulties following you and your needs. Sessions are held at Horfield on Friday afternoons and Henbury on Tuesday/Thursday evenings. Sessions are for 50 minutes. Fees are £35 – £40 with concessions available. Initial Session is £15.
Please see my website for further information.
Areas of counselling I deal with: Counselling can help with most of life’s problems for example: depression, self-esteem/self-worth, relationships, domestic violence, infertility, self-harm, parenting, body-image and anger. These are some of the things clients have said about our work together: “You gave me time and space to unpick it all.” “I wanted to feel better about myself and now I do.” “You saved my life.”
My background: I am a qualified counsellor and member of the BACP. I have trained in a number of areas and integrate them into my work to suit you. These include: CBT, NLP, Narrative Therapy and Gestalt Therapy. I have worked in a GP surgery and a school as well as private practice.
Appointments can be made by e-mail, text or phone.
