Bristol Ladies Choir is an all age group, singing a wide selection of music, secular and religious, for charity and entertainment concerts. The choir sings a wide range of music from classical to light, including folk songs and songs from musicals. The choir rehearses weekly in two separate sections to suit the convenience of its members. Bristol Ladies Choir gives two main concerts each year. The choir also participates in approximately 9 to 10 other concerts in the Bristol area each year. The choir rehearses weekly in two separate sections to suit the convenience of its members.
The two sections are then brought together for a final rehearsal at Victoria Methodist Church before appearing at any concerts. Thursday Group - Thursday 2.15 pm to 3.45 pm at Church of the Good Shepherd, Bishop Road, Bishopston BS7 8NA. Friday Group - Friday 7.00 pm to 8.45 pm at Victoria Methodist Church, Whiteladies Road, Clifton. The choir always welcomes new members.
